  1. In South Korea, the government and the ruling party are thoroughly controlling the media to let the public know the truth after committing a huge election fraud. There is no media criticizing the regime in Korea. Those who vote fraud are suspected of being linked to the Communist Party of China. Please let the international community know that Korea's liberal democracy is in crisis.

  3. Our President has classic signs…sniffling…paranoia…aggressiveness towards reporters and anyone who HE feels is against him. Smh.

  4. the whole concept of addiction is rediculous. each person needs to own who they are and quit looking for excuses to justify their failure of whom they are in their own self perception.

  5. Since Trump became president, there have been many natural disasters in the United States, and God must punish him! Because he shouldn't have been a president! His presidency is a disaster for the American people! His mother said that he was a man who was divided and morally corrupt! The American people must overthrow him! His entire family is selfish and greedy criminals!

  6. This is real because I just started drinking again and it's 9:40 in the morning and I haven't had a drink in two years๐Ÿ˜•

  7. I've been in and out of treatment for 20 years but have been clean for almost 8 years now. I can see how it would be VERY, VERY hard if someone is newly sober. My advice, for what it's worth, is to take life one day at a time and if that's too much…one hour at a time. Things are REALLY hard right now but DON'T throw away the clean time you have for a temporary problem. I lost my job but I know this is temporary. Life is so much harder when you're drinking or using. If you are in counseling or see a mental health professional for things in addition to treatment…DON'T STOP! Keep your appts even if they're online. Hold yourself accountable to someone…your doctor or therapist or 12 step sponsor. And PRAY! Even if you don't believe in a traditional God…pray to whatever higher power you do believe in! It really does help! God bless all who are struggling with drugs and alcohol and just remember…this too shall pass! ๐Ÿ˜Š

  8. Totally agree with knowing your own mind. Only you are the expert on what YOU feel,. However! From my own personal battle with addiction .I had to fight for help, the right help!! I needed a tour guide to help me process my way of thinking.

Addiction is hereditary, it is also a learned behaviour…. There are too many so-called experts that have never been addicted to a opiate. Yet! They seem to have all the answers!!! I for one! I'm the expert of my life. Anyone who truly knows what fighting addition is, can understand what and where I'm coming from here.

It took me many years of twists and turns being clean, relapsing to finally realize I'm the only one who can fix myself! I took the first steps by definitely reaching out to a drug counselor. One who listen, who didn't give me a bunch of bs little tasks to do Meetings didn't work for me! Some councilors didn't either. The only way I could break free was to make and stick to my decision to live clean.

I also, was blessed enough to find a book By, Dennis Wholey
"Becoming your own Parent"…. It was the very first self help books I read , it was just a stepping stone to a much more deeper look within myself.

I've done self inventory, I've cleaned up my life and I've had to sever long time freind ships that became triggers for me. Unhealthy people attract unhealthy people.
    'Tit for tat '

You see!!! My story is about Me. Not you!!!
At the end of a day! It's always about you. You choose to use , You loose. Not Me!!!
It's about self worth , self love. If you really want to live addiction free, I suggest you suck it up! Be accountable to yourself! make the right choice for you!!!
Last but not least. Find out what works for the benefit of staying clean.

Don't listen when people brand you as a recovered addict.

Your a healthy person who worked like hell for yourself to get and stay clean…

Make your own brand name. Not society's

  10. Cannabis infused oils in your food insulates your body mind and spirit. Cannabis is the anti drug and should never be included as an addiction drug any more than coffee or any other herb.

    March 9th, 2018
    I quit smoking everything !
    Zero patches.
    Zero gum.
    Zero Chantrix.
    What helped me?
    โ€ข 2 songs:
    ๐ŸŽผ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽต๐ŸŽถ
David Bowie (live version): "Rock and Roll Suicide"
    Genesis:
"The Grand Parade of Lifeless Packaging"
    And
You Tube has videos of what really goes into a cigarette, and how people are forced to work tobacco fields in other counties.
    ๐Ÿšฌ๐Ÿšซ
Those 3 things helped me quit, for good!
    There is more..
    January 1st 2012
I quit all alcohol on my own.
My breathing was nearly nill and my heart was racing. So, that was that.
    ๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿพ
    February 2018
I quit all prescription and over the counter drugs. Including psychological drugs!
My sight, hair, body movement and thinking were almost all gone.
Pill pushed from 1982 until that year.
I forced myself off highly addicted medication.
Withdrawal symptoms sucked hard! But I did it alone!
    I could have died.
    Truth!

  12. Addiction of anything is always dangerous. Whether it is ……..

    Social Media, or

  14. THE MIND IS MOSTLY TRIGGERED BY THE FEELINGS THAT ARE FELT IN YOUR HEART.
    1ST LOVE YOURSELF
2ND LOVE THE THINGS YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED IN YOUR LIFE.
3RD REMEMBER THOSE THAT SPOKE HIGHLY OF YOU.
IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF. YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
    LIFES GOALS.
DO NOT EVER LET ANYONE TELL YOU, "YOU CAN'T!"
    YOUR MIND SET IS,
    " I CAN DO BETTER!"

  15. Presence breaks you free from any addiction the real you exists when you are here and now and accept what is without judgement … when you start thinking the trouble starts and it takes you over. DO whatever it takes to NOT THINK write down 15 activities you can do that will prevent you from thinking… the real addict free perfect you exists in PRESENCE only not in thought

  16. Last three years sober. Fell. Isolation and not working and a failed toxic relationship has me really re learning what I thought I had a decent hold of.

  17. it seems impossible to get sober again, I have a family that verbally abuses me and gossips about me on a daily basis, sometimes am denied food and food I buy gets thrown out, my mom told me to go get married n leave her house, my younger siblings tell me am bewitched any chance they get….. It really hurts I can't do this sober and alone

  18. I listen to Dan this morning or this afternoon or sometime today on the radio on all things considered I think and hearing his story and listening to him it was really quite moving I believe he gets it and he really understands

  19. Some people have success with the 12step program and some don't.. It should be a urgency to open up and talk with someone whom you trust.just open up. I know someone just was tried of being addicted… he looked into the mirror and saw how he looked and quiet cold turkey..no 12 step program..just stop. Another person just prayed and asked God to take the craving away and he did . Both never returned back to that way of life. So what's the problem? Why some people quit and others struggle? Some have support and others no support. It's a controlling spirit that overtake the mind and force your body to crave for it..just think about something else that can give you pleasure and be around someone who can comfort you during this time..your mental state must be strong to overpower the craving. Keep yourself busy, pray, and believe..it's going to be hard for some and others might fly through it with flying colors but You can do it๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’ช

  20. Accept Jesus Christ find a real bible-believing Church Jesus Christ can break all the chains of addiction that bind you I had many addictions for 26 years one night I cried out to Jesus Christ the Holy Spirit fell upon me and changed everything here is the name of the real pastor Pastor Charles Lawson Knoxville Tennessee you can find him on YouTube the sermon to look up what must I do to be saved !

  21. I've watched loved ones succumb to addiction since childhood. YouTube doesn't provide enough space to leave an adequate comment. It is horrible to watch. You can offer your love and support. It's up to the addict to take it. I love you dad! I love you too my bubba(brother!)
Let me reiterate my dad is still here, but still suffers from addiction. My brother is also still here, but suffers from addiction. I didn't want anyone thinking I had lost them to addiction, they just haven't been able to overcome it. The sad thing about my brother is he became an addict at the age of 11. He is now 44.

  22. If there were 365 different recreational drugs.. I'd do a different one every day… I just disdain sobriety..
Is that an addiction? Coffee is the only drug I need everyday..

  23. This isn't completely accurate. Dopamine is the brain chemical released IN EXPECTATION of the reward (drug). Dopamine is the URGE. Think Pavlov's dogs. When a person learns to allow the urge WITHOUT REWARDING IT, recovery is quite possible.
