When a major airline goes down and the pilot is killed along with everyone else, is the pilot ever sued? I thought they were covered by the company?
There is always a chance of crashing especially in a helicopter. I highly doubt all the victims pushed the pilot to fly that day. I can see Kobe pressuring
the pilot and maybe some of the adults, but a pilot has the right to cancel a flight for any safety concerns.

I hate that this happened for all evolved with that said. The pilot worked for Kobe yes a company owned the helicopters but that piglet was Kobe’s long time piglet he did what Kolby told him to do when he told him to do it. If it’s anyone’s fault it be the air traffic control people for not letting them land when they ask for permission to land he’ll they were Holding and circling for 15 minutes. Kobe knew the piglet was trained to fly in conditions Kobe told him to so he had to get permission to do it air traffic control gave it to them because that’s what Kobe said to do. If your own sheriff dept had there whole fleet grounded than they ever should have been go permission. And that pilot never would have even tried if Kobe being in control made him. That pilot almost cleared the mountain I think the sheriff said 25/30 feet moor they would still be alive he got lost in the clouds. I wish we knew why his speed was still climbing when he banked hard to the right.
She is using all these little things to gain money sheesh they are grieving and she has to go and file all these lawsuits and especially during this time when not a lot of people have money

Kobe's family doesn't need the money but the other families might need some settlement as they could have been bread winners . The pilot was suicidal and used these innocent people to die with. People kill themselves in car accidents to avoid the insurance not paying. Check the pilot's bank accounts. No one can be that stupid to fly a plane when other planes are grounded unless there is another motive.
If the pilot knew the helicopter was at risk and the company let them fly in those conditions then Vanessa has a very good lawsuits and law enforcement taken pictures great Vanessa protect your family and honor 💖🌹💯
Noone should be blamed for this crash not the passengers nor the pilot. If the pilot had refused to fly them kobe could've probaby had him fired or something it's a sad story but noone has to be blamed, i'm sure the pilot never wanted the helicopter to go down killing everyone on board including himself. Kobe wife gotta realize that the pilots family experienced a loss that day too💯

I’m confused, why is the comment section filled with ppl calling her a “gold digger” & “greedy”? I don’t know much about when accidents like this happens & the process of a wrongful death lawsuit, but I do know that it isn’t always about the money. At the end of the day, someone is responsible because this was an accident that could have been avoided. We will probably never know what really happened 15 minutes before the crash, however If it is proven that mechanical error wasn’t the cause of the crash, wouldn’t it automatically be pilot error? I’m genuinely asking because it’s disheartening to see ppl say such nasty things about this woman as if she didn’t just lose one of her children & her husband on the same day.
I truly hope that all the families find healing during this time, I honestly couldn’t imagine the pain any of them are dealing with.

They lost a family member too and can't even mourn in peace because Vanessa wants to sue a dead pilot. Winning the case and getting money from it isn't gonna bring Kobe Bryant back or make her feel better. She needs to drop it and heal. I get it she is hurt but this sue isn't gonna help. She isn't the only one who lost someone.
