  2. We get bombarded with "6 feet social distancing" multiple times a day, yet they have no problem with passengers sitting 12 inches away from each other on planes? And nobody finds this odd? I hope these passengers realize that wearing a mask doesn't lower the risk of contracting the virus. It's only effective in reducing the spreading of the virus.

  5. Time to social distancing on airplanes now move the seats also Amtrak bus and train have done this and l heard mega bus have made social distancing by moving seats

  6. If we want to open the nation, people have to feel safe when getting on an airplane. The US government has to insist on safety rules , or else people will not fly, and company will not open up? Someone tell that to Trump that the feds have to take charge!

  13. Im currently developing a new product in the midst of this coronavirus outbreak pandemic. My product in the works is a clear rubber mask to use coffee filters and paper towels that may prevent spread of covid until pandemic is over or until they have the vaccine complete and distributed by the millions! Something that is feasible and can work and is engineered to solve problems of nearly all other masks which failed to protect people from getting Covid-19 lung infection and enable them to leave their homes whenever they want. I want to use my prototyping/manufacturing/rubber and plastics development and production background and skills already acquired which qualify me to fast track this mask into completion and if necessary manufacture it all by myself I just need funding (donations since I couldn't get any loan). If I can just get donations then it will become available soon and will help save lives making a TPR mask to protect lungs from getting covid-19 infection from the novel coronavirus Sars-Cov-2 because it will protect lungs better than most any known other masks besides very high tech gas masks but they are expensive and could not meet demand to millions of people while mine can and be just as effective! Nurses should have them and so should everyone because it's a clear latex free rubber material that can be washed with soap and water to disinfect and reused many times. Do you want the best rubber mask to prevent from getting covid? I want everybody to have one including workers and nurses and business people and every day people commuting for any reason during this pandemic if they want one. But It's not ready yet and not made I'm developing it and can make it happen with your support (only) through donations!

    Through my go fund me campaign I'm reaching out for support in form of donations of any amount to support my cause and my purpose at this time during this horrible pandemic if funded. The following is my proposed plan to replace the stay at home policy which is not sustainable for everyone to stay home for weeks on end particularly when we lack the income to do that. My plan is intended to serve as an effective defense protection mechanism directly protecting the lungs. Its awesome we have vaccines being formulated and effective treatments which are offensive strategies to fight back and ultimately win against the virus but we NEED solutions now to replace stay at home for greater than 60% of the populous that cannot sustain stay at home. Stay at home was smart and effective to flatten the curve. Let's keep the curve as flattened as possible by minimizing risk by making my mask offering greater protection than other masks and a lot more feasible in several ways to continue its use. And if my mask is funded by your donations plus my fast tracking and hard work and strategies I believe it will become my vision here because my thermoplastic rubber mask will be widely available and widely protecting people. Other masks aren't sealed or aren't sealed good enough and I've never seen even one that had a rubber flange of 1cm or 3/8 inches to sit flat all around it against face and nose. Whether a face mask has a filter or not it won't matter if air is allowed to get past the edges where its worn. And it will unless its a good seal such as it will be with my thermoplastic rubber mask with a flat flange all around it and force all air through its filtered ports.

    My vision is people wearing my mask in high numbers going out and about with significantly lowered fears or concerns and able to run businesses as such and wearing a cloth mask or other commonly worn masks overtop of my mask just for the increased protection and to keep the filters from getting contaminated faster. I want to say also that its very good for people to wear some type of mask at least. But they also should not be shot nor arrested if they don't want to wear a mask. It's there right not to want to. However it's very intelligent to wear a mask during this time until the number of cases and deaths has dropped to extremely low and safe levels throughout this country. This so far has not happened. So a mask of any kind is good and will protect to at least some level however if you want the best protection either get a gas mask or fund my tpr mask so I can make it happen. My tpr mask is much lighter weight believe me than a gas mask those things are bulky and have heavy filters and they pull hair and hurt to wear them. And there's no way any given mask could keep up with demand. However mine could if my vision is shared with thousands of people and millions of people. It's not all about making money for me I only want to maintain 20% gratuity for my mask in case any manufacturer is interested in contracting with me. I don't yet have my high quality prototype because I need donations at least $8,000 would be great to get the materials I need and to pay for business expenses to get started. I was unable to get the government loan to help me and unable to get other loans so I need donations.

    What we need is my clear thermoplastic rubber mask for greater protection against getting Covid-19 infection in the lungs (potentially much greater protection than most other masks). Because unlike a gas mask it will not require any special filters and will still be air tight and utilize 100% of the homemade filtering resolving the issues with nearly all other masks including medical masks which don't actually seal 100% though if worn tightly and good fit medical masks may seal decently but honestly probably not 100% by design and by material unfortunately thus you have nurses and highly important people that have caught virus and died. A face shield like I wore when I was doing grinding offers only limited protection since its not sealed from the bottom anywhere. The mask I have in progress isn't available yet and should be the answer the world needs I believe. If or when available should l get the donations to do it people will wear my TPR mask underneath their other mask that they've been wearing. It will have a flat flange about 1cm all around the mask to seal against the face nose cheeks and chin and go just under chin and have 7 to 9 ports which are on the cheeks and at least one port on the chin.

    The filter media to be 1 strip of cut paper towel and 1 strip of cut coffee filter you can do with scissors will go in between the rubber insert of mask and each port will have sealing rings between TPR inner mask to ensure each port is sealed well onto filter media besides rubber pressed against itself for sealing as well resulting in very reliable forced filtration for cheap and eliminate any needed proprietary filter that would be of extremely high demand anyway. It's going to be a great answer to keep people more safe and secure and able to go out and about with their lives while still wearing a mask but a much safer mask. Doing so should become a solution to keep people from getting the virus and allow us to go outside and live our lives without getting sick and should greatly reduce or eliminate the transmission of this virus being breathed in and hopefully allow us to be able to live lives more normally with greater security and greater protection.

    While other masks are not sealed this one will have a flat flange the seals against the face and forces air to go through the ported filters on cheeks and on chin and nowhere else while cloth masks and surgical masks are not sealed against the face and allow air to get through. We need a much safer mask that can be disinfected by washing it with soap and water since its waterproof clear SEBS rubber and I have the idea and the answer and development in progress and planned and just need donations to continue now. My mask is going to be a new not yet introduced tpr mask with ported holes on the cheeks and chin which don't touch mouth or nose.
