Sadly under Justice Robert's tenure, his actions have pretty much destroyed any trust in the SCOTUS to do the right thing. He now has an extreme majority that he controls to advance Trump's agenda and his Republican Party's agendas. Americans can no longer trust that SCOTUS will honor something like "no man is above the law." I hope to be surprised but with what Roberts has already done to the court, it's highly unlikely that he will do anything to jeopardize the benefits he gets from the Right who keep him in the life style that he has grown to love. I so don't trust SCOTUS any more for the common citizen. This kills me to say this.

It suddenly dawned on me that if Trump's tax return are so damning the IRS should have informed Obama and he might just have let it go because he thought Trump did not stand a chance in the 2016 election.

Worker safety and concerns are goin to be a thing of the past. Folks will be squeezed so hard and they will be back in the streets AGAIN. My last comments hit a nerve with some individuals that believe that a President should be "required to disclose his taxes based on former presidents doing so. That's fine, how ever the law as it stands now protects the rights of the individual to make that decision, not forced upon the individual. Now I know that many people have so much hatred for President Trump that they would sacrifice their very lives and their own personal civil liberties to destroy him, and that's fine, that's your decision. But when society determines through bias and anger to endanger the civil liberties of all individuals, that's another thing! If you wish to have Trumps taxes disclosed then your tax records should be in public record as well, especially when you think he should disclose, but you refuse to set the very same standard for your self. Now in layman's term that's called hypocrisy. I will gladly review your tax returns if you wish ( not by demand or litigation) to do so.

During the campaign, Trump said he would release his Tax Returns. After the election, he said they couldn't be released because of an IRS Audit. This could have been avoided if he had been open, honest, and forthcoming with The American People. But, that would have exposed him for the fraud and traitor that he is. So, he took The Country down the path of tumultuous derision and decay.
After all this , they really think he is going to cheat on his taxes.? The man can't sht that someone isn't picking through it.

Fascinating all the comments regarding tax disclosure. Maybe the best approach to our disclosure on Americans taxes and their income would be to make all income and assets public record. That would enable all business and companies to focus on your ability to purchase goods and services. It would also allow fellow employees to determine weather you are payed more than they are, that way there would be more equity of employee value. Also public disclosure would enable to determine just how much material wealth each individual actually has accumulated. It's just seems unfair that anyone should have anymore than anyone else after all why should I get paid less than some one else that doesn't work as hard as I do. Further more people in general should be able to know every detail of your life and be able to determine all your indiscretions and habits economically. It would also determine weather or not you actually are at the economic level you claim or just how indebted or poor you actually are. I mean it just would seem more fair!
The more he wants to keep them hidden the more people will become curious. Lets be honest, if this was about Obama's tax return while in presidency then Trump would be out in full force wanting it to be released.

When you report 100% negative on Donald Trump it makes us not trust you. When Donald Trump said fake news for the first time I laughed my butt off this is America we don’t have fake news. Everyone who is a public servant should release their taxes, just to make sure that they are paying them. It’s not a big deal, what is a big deal is that you try to hide them. That make you look guilty. And if we let trump go above the law, what example does that set for future presidents? People who are elected into office work for the public, but a lot of them forget that and want to use it for their own personal gain. No one in above the law in this country. Not even the President
No American should be compelled by anyone to show their private tax information, especially when it contains confidential business information that could be used by competitors to gain an edge or advantage. If their was a crime that was committed and the information is needed to prove innocents or guilt that's a different story. But their is no crime being cited, then there is no resson to show his tax records. How much money has d3mocrsts waisted trying to force an American to show his tax returns? And this is okay?
