It's easy to sleep for me
I am sleeping more cuz i dont go to school 😂😂
That's because my students normally do their sleeping in class at school…
Their hooked on there computer or cell phones that's all they do lack of exercise
Also avoid caffiene late in the day
Unless you cannot sleep enough
30-60 mins before sleep avoid your electronic devices
Talk to me when u get 3-4 hours….

Teens who have class go to bed 🛌 10:30 – 11pm & get up between 4:30 – 6am.
I keep hearing on the news how kids/students miss school and now not getting enough sleep. Idk where they are finding these kids but i've asked my kids ages 9-17yrs and they do not want to go back to school. every time we get a notice saying they may go back them and there friends are like "Noooooooooooo" and honestly i would have been the same way when i was a kid.

Even as a grad student, i only sleep 5 hours everyday. Stress is getting to everyone.
There's less communication and minimum structure.

Wow…wait until they get into the adult world.
It's hard to sleep with constant worrying and anxiety about bills, finances and food. Especially with the loneliness of the pandemic. Things that people are used to doing to be able to cope they can't do anymore. Everything is so impersonal now through video chat and zoom. People are just emotionally burnt out im working two jobs and still struggling.
I never sleep anymore.
