We now know without a doubt Obama's FBI never had a legitimate reason for investigating neither General Flynn nor candidate and then President Trump.
The Obama Administration attempted to depose the duly elected President of the United States. That's called TREASON!
The only reason Obama's FBI went after Gen. Flynn is because they knew the moment he stepped into the White House as the new National Security Advisor, and got his hands on the Intelligence Community apparatus, General Flynn would discover all their crimes!

A JURY found Flynn guilty of LYING TO THE FBI. They based this decision not upon hearsay, opinion, or a 'hunch', but upon actual EVIDENCE. Flynn himself even admitted guilt! Personally I never thought that Clinton's affair with an intern merited a federal investigation – but he lied about it to federal investigators, and as much as I disagree with the investigation, I don't deny that he WAS guilty of obstructing justice – and obstruction of justice is valid grounds for impeachment. You don't have to agree with the law , or approve of the investigation- but don't lie to yourselves and pretend that what Flynn did was legal. He LIED to the FBI. Whether the investigation was justified or not, it was not up to him to make that call. What he WAS responsible for was telling the truth to those charged with uncovering it – and he FAILED in his duty to do so.
