It’s nice to watch a video of someone who wasnt doing anything wrong and the police were just checking on them. Lady was tired and concerned for the safety of herself, other drivers, and lastly the bicycle. Lol. Simple.
I was completely convinced that she was impaired for the first minute of this contact. Wow what a surprise that she really was just sleepy and trying to be safe.
