  44. Here's what I don't get. How do these extortioners expect the people to be happy lil campers when they are being robbed at the window? Who comes to an impound lot jovial? Yes, we should all be respectful to each other but let's be real here. A lot of these people don't have the money to get their cars out of impound. So the city, they have an app for that. It's called an auction!! Way to go tyrants of Philly. Couldn't pay me to visit let alone live in this tyrannical state! Oddly strange how traffic court and the PPA aren't linked together in their computer system. Very strange. Couldn't traffic court enter paid info into the system, therefore, sending PPA the info necessary that tickets have been satisfied so booting isn't required? F*** no! That would render PPA cashless. Seems nobody thinks anymore.
