Doctors do not do a covid test unless you have had contact with a covid patient. even if you have a cough, no one will do a breath analysis! computed tomography is done only after a confirmed covid. many regions of Russia did not pay doctors the salaries Putin promised. hospitals in terrible conditions. a lot of staff quit because of. unemployment benefits from 22 to 160 dollars !! for each child under 16 years old, $ 133 was paid once to all families. a lot of small businesses went out of business due to the lack of support from the state. people lost their jobs. for that Putin himself again elected president, rewriting the constitution. and the people survive as best they can …
