  2. Remedesivir seems like a good idea what good for the goose is not good for the gander.Everyone immune system is different and also reactions. The Remedesivir may have work for that Covid 19 virus patient but it may not works for others. Nothing try Nothing done. We still of to try to have healthy eating Habits including Vitamins A,B,C,D,E and K strong immune system.Hand washing, Social distancing. Be safe Be well everyone.

  4. For the "but it cost $1000 per pill". Well it's really in IV form and I would have to imagine that's the total cost of treatment for a 5 to 10 day period and most of that cost probably won't be on the patient..

  6. None of the trials of Remdesivir showed any reduction in mortality. Gilead’s showed liver damage in 10%. The trial data we have now is that Remdesivir is unsafe and ineffective. And that plaquenil and zinc are extremely effective and incredibly safe.

  23. Curious that Fauci would be pushing an expensive, still-under-patent antiviral (remdesivir) yet say/do nothing about a proven, effective, cheap treatment regimen:  Hydroxychloroquine + Zinc + Zpak (antibiotic Azithromycin).  It's obvious who Fauci really works for — Big Pharma.

  25. So much for the false hopes! First it was Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ)= Failure. Then come Blood Plasma therapy= Failed. Now is Remsivir (Ebola drug)= Not effective enough. Coming up next will be HCQ+Famotidine (Pepcid)= Unknown yet. At such desperate time, scientists will push all kind of drug and announce it to the public before even having proven success. Any drug that have less than 50% success rate are useless!

      I want to mention two things in the …Noble Qur’an concerning Jews and Christians
      And these are two dangerous things that I have always thought about it;
    The first:
    God say:
    {(Quran5:65) And if only the People of the Scripture had believed and feared Allāh, We would have removed from them their misdeeds and admitted them to Gardens of Pleasure}

    The Second:
    {(Quran4:47) O you who were given the Scripture, believe in what We have sent down [to Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ)], confirming that which is with you, before We obliterate faces and turn them toward their backs or curse them as We cursed the sabbath-breakers.[192] And ever is the matter [i.e., decree] of Allāh accomplished.}

    After Abu Bakr remembers these two verses, Elias is completely silent, and so is his grandmother

    Abu Bakr says yes, you must beware. God has deformed those who were among you before the owners of the Sabbath and made them monkeys because they have violated his command, but before you beware of this, Christians and Jews, you must beware of the torment of the grave and the torment of the Day of Resurrection

    For you make God partners, and you know that God is one and there is no god but he, and your books bear witness to this and testify that our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, is the Messenger of God and the seal of the prophets, and that Jesus is His servant and messenger, and that your books are distorted, and you know this well, and that the Holy Quran is The Book of God, and that religion with God is Islam

    And here I finish my words, we follow up later, God willing, but I tell you beware, you do not know, perhaps you will not live for tomorrow or after one hour, you must fear God

  38. Someone, please stop Trump from claiming it's a cure. As Dr. Fauci has said it's an antiviral medication that COULD help SOME patients with the symptoms of COVID19. It's not a cure or magic drug. Side effects could cause more harm than good in some patients. Most antiviral need to be given within the first 72 hours. I truly hope this helps people but I'll wait to see what happens. Clinical researchers said their concerns were the rushed clinical trials and the outcome is premature and the results are inconclusive. They are unsure of the long term effects of the health of patients. Roll the dice.

    “Offered “ . Since when have they “offered “ any treatment for this. They’ve just done whatever they’ve been told to … even against their better discretion.
