Governor Whitmer recognized in the beginning of the pandemic how vulnerable the state is. A kidnapping attempt and assault weapons show downs at the capital and Trump hurling comments at the governor hasn’t prevented the governor from doing the right thing. Some mistakes were made and no plan or person is ever perfect. It’s been a rough year given the circumstances. The Governor is deeply appreciated by the majority of Michiganders.
