This is weird. There are too many people outside and nobody cares. Quarantine? This is "self-isolation", when many people still go to work and there are still traffic jams sometimes.
Even cameras and face recognition do not stop some Russians from stupid and irresponsible behaviour. Because of people like this Vladimir Bykovsky, who didn’t comply with 2-week quarantine requirement, Russia has a large number of covid infections.
