18. No, it's not covid toes. SMH. This is called chilblains, and will happen when you are exposed to cold temperatures for prolonged periods of time. It could also be called pre-frost bite in which the exposed skin had contact with the cold causing a skin reaction. The reason why you didn't hear about this before was because it was somewhat embarrassing.
