12. People forget that hospitals are a business. And many don't care about staff. They are just like any other corporation that may try to cut corners to save money and improve profits . If you don't feel safe at work how can you be effective. To deny staff, all staff proper PPE is horrible. Value your health and life even when they don't. Bring your own if you have to and communicate your concerns to your union if you have one.
