First case: Tyrant! You should be friendly and deescalating and not confrontional and rude! Even if you belive the driver has done something wrong you can say your name, number and what he is being pulled over for. It takes less than 10 secs to do so… its called professionalism!

Pulling someone out of the car is basically violation of search and seizure. If you expect the guy is speeding, you can't rip him out and pay him down unless you have cause. Unless RI is still operating under its own rules.
