I'm calling bullshit. There's no way those numbers are aggregated accurately. Some are down 100%, some have increased sales. I believe a more accurate guess would be higher.

Only 8.7% retail sales drop? That tells me some are making a killing, because there are a lot of business that dropped 100%.
