16. Hi everyone, I have depression and I think my mental health is worsening from all of this. But I just wanna say something. I am sick and tired of people being negative and there are more pessimistic people then ever now. I used to think negative and spend days hating myself! But I hate how people are negative and think this is the new normal. It’s not. And I myself don’t like how Trump is acting like everything is ok, but at the same time he is being positive. Don’t worry things WILL go back to normal. THEY HAVE TO AND EVENTUALLY WILL! Yes, sure businesses are shutting down people are becoming broke and people are dying which is sad. But when this bully virus ends people will get back on their feet and I know it will take a long time but I just everyone to stop worrying cause it won’t have a good affect on your mental health. And sometimes mental health can seriously ruin you. I just want everyone to stay safe and to relax and just pray for the people who are unfortunately dying. But this will eventually end. But anyone who reads this please stay safe.
