Those engines made a crazy amount of torque. Step dad use to have one and it was quick for a work van. Lol

hahaha and all your friends too. The one i experienced was a 2.2 4 cyl turbo'd stock rated to 220 hp (10hp/liter!) and it was alot of fun. Since then i've seen one in Denver that runs a 13 at 5900ft and one locally (colorado springs) that runs in the 14/15 sec range. my stock camaro ran 15's (ive upgraded since…)
Some of them can get RIDICULOUS quick times. Then pick up a keg on the way home.
and sadly you're heavier and slower than an is250. You needed a turbo.
those caravans had a stock turbo option. my gramma had one and it was wicked quick.

Even that's a waste of gas. The IS250 is slow… I prefer the IS300 over any other Lexus, but that's only because of the potential of the car, not the stock bullshit. The SVT Contour is slow, yes, but it also has potential. I've seen one beat a Lamborghini Gallardo at an underground drag-race in Florida.

I have a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and What they did to the powertrain is incredible 283HP w/ 6 Speed Auto. It doesn't need a Turbo 🙂
