Captain Crozier is a hero in finest tradition of the US Navy. Like Lt. Commander Ralph Ramey of the USS McCook (DD-496) who on D-Day on his own initiative took ship inshore and almost running her aground to provide fire support for the GI's on Omaha Beach. Lt. Commander Ramey was not under orders to do this he did it because American lives were in danger, that's what Americans do for their fellow Americans. To relieve Captain Crozier of his command was an act of cowardice, cowardice before the enemy! This stinks of Trump, Cadet Bonespur, the lily liveried coward!

If the captain was ignored by someone above him in his chain of command then Cpt. Crozier was right to do what he did and most likely saved lives as a result. The people that ignored him should be identified and lose their jobs. Anything less is acceptable.
So let’s disgrace him because he did what was best for the lives of everyone around him only because it helps cover up somebody else’s ignorance that’s not even on that ship… disturbing.
