I really don't understand why in this type of shipping activity there's the option for the person receiving the items to not pay or pay less if they're late. Nothing else in the world, no USPS, no UPS, no FedEx, no Amazon, nothing, none of them will charge less if they deliver late. Why in this shipping area are they more strict?
