  1. Guy is a cool cucumber. Talks about first pass after the build at 8.50 like it ran a 10. Then follows it up with a 7.8 and only has one chute deploy and says it was a bit harder to slow down. 😂

  2. Wonder what's the quickest 8th mile and or quarter mile first gen monte carlo in the world. Gotta be this one or doc loves monte. I've yet to see a real steel roof and quarter with real Vin first gen monte that faster than docs from street outlaws but this cars no joke. 2000 plus hp. Docs makes now around 3000 give or take.

  3. man that monte is so cool , 4200lbs running in the high 7's very impressive, the thing I love about it is that it's a street car , that car could probably drive cross country if he wanted to . wow , so cool

  4. I was just looking at his feature in superchevy mag. I had to see it run. 4200lb and a 7 sec car. I dont see how they thought a pro touring camaro (very nice car) was better for the cover.

  5. Mike – the monte looks awsome and the turbos look and sound sweet. I had to laugh when Dennis was running around shaking hands after your 7sec run…I miss hanging around with you guys.

  6. Mike Roy and Ist Gen Monte Carlos GET NO LOVE…PERIOD !!! Bill Reed never got any back in the day either. Hot Rod Magazine refuses to give this car its due. SMFH !!!
