California might be short handed; with 12-day delays waiting in labs, Covid-19 might have died on samples, inaccurately tested negative, and caused the big drop from 20-100% to 1% positive. I suggest that all students in nursing, medical, and health related schools in community colleges, public and private universities in California should be added to essential businesses and keep being expedited to prepare for license-ready professionals in these fields for the 12-18-month-long pandemic war. To focus on dividing positive cases from accessing public areas by taking body temperatures, city and county officials need to track all people that needs to be quarantined. So far, It looks like over 10% of the tested cases are confirmed positive, and Californians really want the local governments to make sure all confirmed cases are effectively quarantined in designated areas and won’t be able to further spread Covid-19 to others. People should wear masks in public areas, transportation, and shopping centers. Bus drivers are exposed to high risks if drivers and passengers are not wearing masks.
