The entire tow office procedure has been completely changed with the addition of smart phones… no excuses anymore. If you truly have insurance, paid those tickets, registration, etc… you can pull it up.
They really stop and talk to these folks. "Here's your ticket, goodbye!"
Thanks to PPA in Parking Wars i learned to always keep my registration and insurance in my wallet

Apparently she’s upset about the situation she caused on herself. I don’t do monthly insurance because it’s a waste of time. I do six months of insurance that way I don’t have to worry .All these people act like it’s someone else responsibility for their stupidity !! MORONS!!!

You can't win if you don't play! I win radio contests all the time. I've won all kinds of stuff, but my favorite was a year supply of Peyton meat products. I didn't pay for bacon for a whole year😃 Actually, I once won a car. The closest I'v ever gotten to winning the lottery, was when my buddy won 35 freakin MILLION DOLLARS in the California lottery. I bought my ticket from the same store. You cannot believe how exhilarating it is to know you bought a ticket from a winning store, but totally sucks when the winning ticket isn't yours.
I hate tow truck companies, until I need one. I especially, hate the ones that prey on apartment complexes looking for expired tags. The property owners are in cahoots with them for profit. B@$tards!

Whether you're right or wrong, arguing with a parking authority person is just a waste of breath, they've heard it all. Save your energy and go contest the ticket if you are truly in the right. Shouldn't always be that way, but the system is what it is.
