2. The outbreak is now traced at least to early November which is in Chinese log of something I can't remember the name. It had traveled to several countries and spreading before Jan 1. Which if over 3 places, means it was a pandemic prior to new years.

   Our government tried to ban flights from wuhan, which was quarantined at that point. Little did we know it didn't come from the market. It came from outside of wuhan but still in hubei. It had traveled to a handful of other major metro in China before new years. We banned flights and started light screening 13 days after China announced to the world. Why so little? Because the WHO, who are by NO MEANS, experts on the medical side, they are only there for logistics worldwide. As is how the DOD is to the cdc.
