Also, there is no panic buying in South Korea, Absolutely Zero. Why is there panic buying in America, Australia, UK, Germany, France, Spain, etc? It's a disgusting selfish behavior. We believe in the power to stand up if the people join forces , after the Korean War in 1950. It is also called the Miracle of Han River. I'm not afraid of coronavirus either. I think it'll be over soon if we keep to the rules in our own place. With data accumulated by trial and error, we have been able to combine medicine and science with the current state of affairs without a national blockade.
One thing I'm worried about is the spread of the virus through cults, and now the government is investigating, so we'll have to see how they're handled.

Korea has been actively and aggressively testing people as many as 11K a day, and almost 170,000 people have been tested as of today. The infected number is high due to their excessive and aggressive testing. But their death number is the lowest at 0.6%, which is way lower than the US, let alone China. The low number is possible because of the aggressive texting, when they find most the infected people in the mild stage and are able to treat them promptly. There are drive thru diagnostic sites where it does not take long to be tested, and why they're able to test so many in a day. Every country should follow the Korea's practice in excessive testing in order to contain the epidemic in a speedy manner. But it's impossible in countries like the US, where the cost of medical care is so expensive even if you're insured. Also, such kits are not available to the general public, unlike Korea. Korea recently developed and came up with the diagnostic kit in last January and that's another reason why they're able to test so many people and successfully find the infected, treat them, and keep the death number low.
Japan, on the other hand, is not testing people at all. Every country should be transparent in the numbers and the testing. Their number is not reliable when they are not even trying to test people for fear that the infected number will rise and their reputation will be damaged for the upcoming Olympics. It's crucial that they test the public because the public safety is more important than the Olympics.

One reason why South Korea has a lot of cases is because they have huge amounts of testing per day. South Korea does thousands and thousands each day, which is way more than any other country in the world, while America still doesn't have the equipment ready. Japan is purposefully testing less people than they should, cuz they don't want the Olympics to be affected .
Korea is very close to finding the vaccine.
The only reason for the rapid increase of infected people in South Korea is the government's capability to test about 10K people for the virus per day. The government also adopted Drive Through Test system so that people don't need to visit a hospital for the test.
The Korean government is the only one that has been 100% transparent regarding the Corona situation in Korea. If other governments do the same as Korea do, they would have much higher numbers than Korea. I am so proud of Korean hospitals, system, medical staff and many more. I love Korea.
