But WHO said at a press conference this week, they support a "blended" international effort. This, despite the words in their own constitution: " To act as the directing and coordinating authority on international health work. " If this arm of the United Nations receives a budget of $4 billion a year. We need to ask, why do they exist?

  14. Look the face mask doesn't matter it can get into your pores. Not washing your hands could be a risk or if a person has a open cut. It's sad the face mask are sold out that the doctors don't have any smh then the hand sanitizer is sold out smh people didn't wash their hands as much as before and now it's a crises.

  25. I was in China when the outbreak occurred. When I came back to the States on Feb 6th, I was truly surprised and disappointed about how disorganized and ill-equipped CDC was. When we landed in LAX, the staff from CDC were waiting at the gate with a thermometer. Since the incubation could be about 2 weeks, sometimes longer, I thought the temperature check was kind of meaningless. After knowing that I hadn't been to Wuhan, the staff gave me a piece of paper, and asked me to monitor my temperature for two weeks, but failed to give any clear instructions on self-quarantine. Before letting me go, she did say that someone would check on me. Up till now- March 3rd, no one from CDC has reached out. I tried my best to isolate myself within the following two weeks, but if I had wanted to go out and connect with people, there wouldn't have been no one to stop me. The U.S. government just hasn't taken this seriously. Meanwhile, they continue letting people from Japan, Korea, and Italy to come in.We will see cases, a lot more.
