6. WHAT???? A man VIOLATED a restraining order? THAT is a lie, That NEVER happens. That is why only the police should have guns. The general public is not capable of protecting themselves with a gun. We should take away all guns from law abiding citizens because felons use guns in a case like this one.
   Well I feel better now. I will feel even better if we pass "mandatory" gun laws that punish law abiding citizens while taking power away from judges to not prosecute innocent people who violate the mandatory laws by accident or when their life require them to break those unjust laws.
   I will give my money to "Everytown Matters" and other "Common sense" gun law groups because it make me feel better to do that than to actually open my eyes and do any research on real statistics about gun violence.
   P.S. I hope the dog got out safe too.

9. How sad he shot himself and didn't survive. Truly. It was one bad day and he could've gotten help but on the other hand maybe it was Mercy. Thank God the children were safe and came out okay. Thank God.

15. Good to see restraining orders/protective orders are so “protective” and “effective”. 😠

    These “orders” are sadly useless.

    Not only are they ineffective (since no one really monitors them in real time) but, more often than not, the person ordered to stop from contacting the “protected” parties (victims) violate the orders by doing something drastic, violent and tragic.

    Although the bad guy offed himself without killing anyone else, the damage was done.

    These poor kids will suffer emotional and psychological trauma for years to come, possibly life-long trauma.

    I hope they recover from this horrific experience sooner than later.

    No child or persons should ever be put through such horrific, life-altering experiences in their lives. Ever. 😢💔

    But I am so happy they survived. The doggie too! 🐶❤️

19. I knew a guy who did something like this in the 80’s… and I actually played a hand in the process that started the chain of events, as a child. The guy was already cray cray though. That wife finally divorced him. But he went on to remarry a woman with two kids and she was about to leave him… and he killed them all. He was up for the death penalty, but died before they sentenced him. When they were talking about the missing family on the news… I told my friend about him and SHE called the police… the police told her that they were getting inundated with calls about the guy. The guys name was David Anthony … it was in flagstaff (barricade circa 1983 ish) and Phoenix metro (murders circa 1997ish). He moved to flagstaff with his family in the 80’s and had been in Mississippi prior to that.
