  1. How on earth did everything lead back to Nick? Bc of statistics and a shoe?! Clearly got tunnel vision for him.
Talking about witnesses.. there is evidence showing that witnesses aren’t always accurate and people forget what actually happened so they fill in the blanks with whatever they’re told.

  2. Whos he talking to, who's he seeing hahaha
    Its been years dude
I'm sure he meeting up with people that hold relevance to your years old murder case.
    WTF

  3. When a girl goes missing
Its becuz they have made allegation of being pregnat when they are not and the guy freaks outs but any female out late walking they become prey to any one who has a mind to do so. If the dna was his it could of been precondition that still couldnt of made him guilty. Ihe seems very cooperative. Dont wave at them very bad advice it seems like catch me if u can taunting

  4. I've personally seen Dannel speeding in pima county Az and one time he pulled out in front of me on the highway nearly hitting me and then gave me a ticket for a cracked windshield because I wasn't a part of the Dannel fan club.

  5. The police should be ashamed of their lazy-assed conclusions. Claiming it all "fit". BS. They wanted to solve and close the case, and Nick was the obvious choice. The problem is that forensic science has advanced so much, making fools of the lazy and sloppy police work of the 70s-90s.

  6. Ah see I knew it, I had a STRANGE feeling when they showed the picture of the other girl, that nick supposedly picked up to “help him” find Leah… poor Leah, if only we could hear her tell us what happened to her 😔

  7. SO frustrating! I see cases that have gone cold when they know who the murderer is. There has to be evidence dummies. The stupidity of jurors is excruciating. I think of numbnut locals wanting to be a part of something sinister. The only thing sinister about this case is the cops. Used to hate them. Hate them even more now that I watch true crime. Idiots.

  8. If it were Nick, why would the shoe have been found in the road… She would have willingly got into the vehicle. The blood on the shoe was found on the one up on the hill. Just sayin'!

  9. The new sheriff wanted to solve this case so badlly that he didn’t care whether or not it was justice or injustice. What a coward.

  10. Cmon sherrif… Thought u had that feather in your cap didn't you?😂😂😂 You were hired to administer justice.. So sad!! People like you need some time in prison to appreciate what you do to good people.. Hope you don't get re elected…

  11. Manufacturing evidence in order to get the outcome they want. Overambitious, recently promoted detectives digging into cold case files in order to advance their careers quickly.

  12. All those policeman and judge should be on jail.. shame to those police who only wants promotions!

  13. I don’t understand why they think it’s great to put just anyone in prison as long as the crime is solved….. doesn’t matter that the real killer is still out there kidnapping/murdering innocent people 🤦‍♀️
