Bob Marley’s ghost and Tupac walking around in different parks around the US passing a Splif to each other and talking about when chuck G and Nips will join them and then they throw the roach with amazing precision in the pocket or sometime the cleavage of a young female if one just happens to be passing by .. I know it sounds a little silly almost as silly as arresting a women for smoking a joint walking through a park by where she lives do you realize how much that cost ? Including paper work ? 4 to 5 cops , cars , gaz , bout 2 to 5 hours that s about 900 to 1500 .. booking her 300 3 days in at about 220 a day .. round it at 700 with the fees .transport to and from court 300 Court fee 275 including defense time waisted from DA 300
Total and I’m sure I’m off but people are paying from3 to 5k to protect us from this dangerous criminal ..and that hole time unavailable to go after actual criminals .. ??

When i watch this, being a Canadian, it makes me wonder if every car on the road in the US is carrying drugs. Seems like it. Also seems they have a lot of police dogs. Too bad for you if you have a talkative personality…say one word and they treat you like a felon. Also too bad for any senior who wobbles when they walk and can't stand on one foot.
