  1. One other point overlooked is that the idea that banning late term abortions is something new and it isn't something new at all, most all states have banned late term abortions since Roe vs Wade. The extreme right wants all abortions banned while the extreme left wants to legalize all abortions even late second and third trimester abortions. Both extreme views are unconstitutional.

  2. Roe vs Wade already gives a woman the right to an abortion but it also said that right is not absolute and is balanced with the governments interest in prenatal life. That decision provided states the right to put restrictions on second and third trimester abortions. So really what Roe vs Wade said was banning all abortions and early first trimester abortions was unconstitutional so what Warren is referring to is safeguarding second and third trimester abortions which is not constitutional. She is using extreme and unconstitutional abortion laws like in Alabama to promote abortions on demand at any stage of pregnancy and Roe vs Wade never said late term abortions were protected it said the right to abortions were not absolute.

  3. I would take issue with those figures quoted by Sen. Warren, but let's say for a moment they're accurate. A majority of Americans might agree with the basic framework of Roe vs. Wade, but most Americans don't agree with sex-elective abortions or late-term abortions, which are abortions all the way up until the day of birth. The Democratic platform on abortion has become extreme, and the fact that they no longer support ANY regulation of abortion goes to show their moral bankruptcy.

  4. “A woman has the right to choose…” except for the women that the abortion murders. The logic Biden uses to justify abortion is no different than the logic Democrats used to justify the Trail of Tears, slavery, or Jim Crow laws. Amazingly, they’ve been reading the Ninth Amendment backwards since the inception of their party.

  5. I agree women need the right to choose but both men and women need rights to choose. Y'all put women in this discussion like men don't have alot to lose if legalization just says women.

  6. BABY KILLING SCUMBAGS! NONE OF THEM WILL DO ANY OF THE THINGS THEY ARE PERPETUATING. TRUMP 2020! I LOVE MY PRESIDENT! RECORD HIGH ECONOMY, RECORD LOW UNEMPLOYMENT, TOUGH ON IMMIGRATION, WALL IS GETTING BUILT, TAX CUTS, HIGHER WAGES, GREAT TRADE DEALS, TOOK OUT TWO HIGH PROFILE TERRORISTS IN THE SPAN OF A MONTH, ALWAYS SAYS IT LIKE IT IS, NEED I SAY MORE…

  7. A women should have the right but not up to the day of birth. What are they talking about. Listen they want your money and contour your lives. Wake up people, they tell you how you should think and they know better then you.
How will they pay for all this stuff they say they will give you? TAXES! For the working class. We will no longer be the land of the free.
