I think that lady was telling the truth because before she talked to the supervisor the ticket guy stated he saw her in a no stopping zone before she moved the car and then the supervisor said how did she know she was parked in a No stopping zone etc…just sounds funky, like they clearly have eachothers backs on the job!!!
The guy with the missing Red Mustang could have called his insurance company for the VIN number….if he had insurance. 🤦♀️ Even if your house burned down.. which I doubt, your information is available elsewhere. The I in VIN stands for Identification.

For people wondering about the red car. The bank most likely went and got the car out before it was auctioned so they can sell it to make up for the loan they put out for hat dude to get the car. It’s a pretty standard process cause the bank don’t want to lose the car to the ppa auction
