22. The man is obviously deranged. The victims were random. He made a display to bring about his heinous act. He will be captured if not already. There are many people not fully in control of their mental faculties. The victims are the main concern here that they recuperate from this evil act and pray no more will succumb to his rage of not being heard or even validated as a person. The majority of these eroneous men, women and young people that copulate this kind of display are dysfunctional human beings .The scary part is that they are not all walking among us, but are also living with you in your homes. Food for thought…..
