So cop tells the teen to stop and he doesn't so the cop puts him in handcuffs for a minute to calm him down and talk to everyone. This action somehow turns to be racist, I just got off a video where the cops detained the victim that was bloody because they were still agitated and the guy that has blood and cuts on his hands was free to walk around because he was calm. for people watching live pd you are pretty arrogant and close minded
