A Pre-Existing Condition, Negates the very essence of what an Insurance Policy Represents. The majority of my lifetime "Insurance" never covered pre-existing conditions.
The only real issue with Health Care Coverage, was fair competition for lower rates. They are not going to cover issues you should have had Insurance to cover already.
