4. Look, it's simple. NY is the only state that doesn't give access to it DMV records to the DHS. Not even Massachusetts was crazy enough to do that.
   The date of NY residents can't be trusted because there's nothing to check them with. So no more fast track and access to Global Entry system.

5. If the state of New York trusted the federal government with it’s citizens’ personal information, than this would be a non-issue. The fact is, that allowing the federal government access to records from the DMV allows the federal government all of your basic information, immigrant or not. Do some research, and you’ll find that the feds have been pumping drivers license photos into all sorts of facial recognition software, and giving it to local cops and other entities. I don’t know about you, but I’m not super psyched about being watched. Before the federal government should be allowed all of this personal information, we need to create legislation to moderate them. Because right now they’ve got everybody’s faces and they can do whatever they want with them, and they don’t have to tell anyone about it.
