I don't know what these prison officials are thinking when hiring corrections officer.
The candidates look like they are still in high school. The one girl weighs 1OO lbs and is higher than five feet. Yet, they put her in the gang unit which is the most dangerous. Do they actually think she can stop a fight even with pepper spray.
They really need to be specific on height and weight when hiring.
