41. This was by far the best life action diversion caught on film that a guy ever pulled over on a cop. This guy definitely had drugs, then once he ditched the drugs he surrendered. His story of warrants was a classic diversion story which again the cops bought off on. I am sure he later went back and got his drugs.

    I have to take my hat off to this guy for now, although sadly enough like most dope heads he will inevitably be caught with drugs.  

    Its a shame, this guy has brains enough to come up with a pretty clever scheme and it will probably be wasted on drugs for the remainder of his life (what a waste).
