  1. Why do these people always says sure, go ahead and search? He didn't have probable cause so he would have gotten a ticket and sent on his way

  2. The correct answer when asked if they may search should always be "no." Where I live they can't make you wait for a drug dog either.

  3. Dumb should of never agreed to let him search. Always no no no. But he is also dumb enough to be driving around with this stuff in his car.

  4. I GET him being arrested for the possession of the paraphernalia, but charging him with DUI was kind of a stretch.. the guy seemed completely sober to me, methhead or not he wasn't high at the time.. won't hold up in court, I bet he walked.

  5. It's amazing how many of these idiots let police search their car when they "didn't know" drugs were in their car.
