Everyone, this man had seen where the fire was , he knew from the jump it was in the basement, he was getting frustrated asking "wheres the water?" 1:33 He knew he was losing more of his life as the time ticked, he probably didn't have insurance so he was getting upset, as far as the beginning goes, they obviously weren't sure if the kids were playing outside or not so their first impulse was go inside to see , but at that point it was too smoky, in these moments your brain is going 100mph it's just how some people react when their whole life goes up in flames, as far as the windows, again he asked cuz I'm sure in his mind if the fire is in the basement why are the breaking the upstairs windows? He doesn't know… then when it was explained to him he didn't say anything else… all these people are jumping on this guy for having a totally human reaction to losing everything he has…
