"These communications do not reflect the company"……but those planes that crashed do. So it's not like the employees were lying. They knew the planes were garbage, hence why they crash.
It is a bit unfair to label someone as racist (or sexist) just because they point out what may be the elephant in the room.
Well we are all locked into diversity in the workplace but this assumes that there is no change in quality control. How seriously have investigative journalists questioned this assumption?
