  1. I'm always so scared of my house catching fire, especially during the night. What scares me even more is that my pets or my family could be stuck inside. I have big windows easy to get out from my house in my room, but then I wouldn't be able to find my dog and my cat.. I'd have to take my keys and open the front door, but it's not the best idea.
Still.. My dog always sleeps in the living room and my cat could be anywhere around the house especially during the night.
Some nights I stay awake, scared and make plans on how I could escape and make sure everyone is safe too. I wouldn't want to live if I were the only survivor and I'd be destroyed if my dog, my cat or a member of my family perished.
I don't want to lose all the memories I have in this house too, I've lived here for my whole life.

Anyway, can't imagine how scared and destroyed they must feel. Hope for the best, I'm super glad the kitty made it out alive as well as all of you.

  2. This was such a sad episode :'( House fires are so brutal, everything you own in one place all gone the next. The way she called out for her kitty was so sad too, I'm sooo glad he's okay. It was really interesting to see them take the girl up to look for any possible remaining things. She handled that well, I would not be able stop crying seeing all my belongings turned to ash.

    Great work by the firefighters.
