    Biden is now trying to make the claim that Trump caused this crisis by withdrawing from the Iranian deal.

    Biden called Donald Trump’s handling on Iran “dangerously incompetent” but his own weak history on foreign affairs is making the presidential hopeful extremely vulnerable.

  6. Some or a lot of people are like me: I am GOP but I could vote for Sanders as a change of vote but not Biden.
    My friend is a Dem but he would ONLY vote Bernie Sanders but he would abstain if the nominee were Biden.
    Somehow there is a Biden "Problem" somehow….

  24. I believe there's too much confusion over the difference between political systems and economic systems. If Gauido is a puppet of the U.S., and a far-right capitalist that is corrupt and unwilling to allow any rights to Venezuela citizens, like in Honduras' capitalist, right-wing dictatorship, then that's as bad as the corrupt non-democratic, leftist socialist regime of Maduro. The only truly fair system is social democracy, like in Canada and Europe, endorsed by Sanders. Would Gauido be like Hernandez, in Honduras? Or more of a democratic, conservative capitalism like the U.S.? People'sworld.org: The head of the TSE, David Matamoros, is basically a National Party functionary, so his stewardship of the elections and the vote count is suspect from the outset.These are problems of the actual administration of the elections and the vote count. But the wider circumstances in which the election was carried out also point to trouble. These include years of violence against sectors opposed to the 2009 coup which overthrew former president Manuel Zelaya, with journalists, youth, women, social activists, LGTBQ people, and minority activists being murdered with impunity. In addition, the mere fact that Hernández was running for re-election at all is a violation of the Honduran constitution, which prohibits re-election. Massive corruption and links between the Hernández government and the drug trade complete the messy picture.
