The undercover participants have come from a variety of backgrounds to tackle the drug crisis from multiple angles. Viewers follow participants on the streets and in jail, and will also ride along with local law enforcement within the Narcotics Unit in an attempt to gain a 360-degree view of the epidemic.

You can't fight like that in jail because you'll have so many police yeah of a bi principles real house of people that who understand that are you going to jump for that would be a big problem inside and jail because you don't go to jail to go fight people inside there because guess what the police is watching you and I'm watching seven people and I think in jail I think I do have camera in there because when is a fight your watch the camera and put you somewhere so you won't be near to people that don't happen is you get caught and you guess what when you get caught your ticket will take you somewhere and your do a DNA test with you

  21. The “Cartels” are Johnson and Johnson and the rest of the pharmaceutical companies flooding the US with opioids, too. So A&E, before you blow the dog whistle, please be responsible and expand on the root causes and suppliers for the drug and opioid epidemic ruining so many lives.
