You can’t just pull people out of a car even as a police without reason. That’s unreasonable search and seizure. If that’s the case, anyone can just pull anyone out of a car for no reason. You cannot impede someone if they haven’t committed a crime.
Guy:

Cop:
“Apparently not”
*proceeds to conduct a search without probable cause or consent
Cop: searches his pocket, okay he’s clean
Also cop: keep your hands out of your pocket so you’re not able to pull a gun out
So why do cops think they have the right to just pull you out of your car without even telling you first what they suspect you was doing?? that is treating you like a criminal right off the start. I call BS

This cop had the right to act like that, the guy in the car who was speeding fully knew why he was stopped. That is why the police officer was impatient with him, if your speeding your putting lives at risk

Get a lawyer fight the speeding ticket and see if the Sergeant shows up for court and put a Camera that shows your speed in your car so next time it would be easier to win. I was in a car when my friend was driving and he put it in neutral and rev up the engine to make the Exhaust louder and got a speeding ticket because the cop claimed he seen us speeding/racing and bottom line The cop never showed up for court and case was dismissed.
The thing is did the f**** cop see him racing I think the cop thinks since the driver he's young he can pumk him out these cops nowadays you give me badge little authority they're f**** head swells up so big
