  34. As a firefighter and EMT, the first thing that should've been done was stabilizing his cervical spine. If he hit his head hard enough to cause hemorrhage, a spinal compromise was very possible. Them bopping his head all over the place while wrapping it could've caused him to be paralyzed for life. We carry C-collars on our trucks, and they take five seconds to put on. Scary stuff!
