All you hear in the mainstream media is that there should be more women in high level managerial roles. Those 3rd wave feminist types are silent when it comes to these kinds of professions.
Do modern feminist complain about the lack of female brick layers for example?
I’m a man and I used to work in child care ( there’s no push for more men in that industry either)
Either you want true equality in the workforce or you don’t.
3rd wave feminists want power not equality.
I love seeing videos like this because it shows that women are just as capable in most of the traditionally male dominated trades as men.
Women need to stop putting up those psychological barriers, and just go for it!
Nobody wants to admit it but women will get more support and an easier path to employment once they get their ticket because the demand is there.

Women and men work different kids of jobs, different amount of difficulty, danger, ect. So its natural that there would be a variation in pay. If one group chooses to take higher risks and work longer hours, they should make more and not be attacked for it right? Well that group is men.
