    FACT : There is a segment of the population that is very dangerous to be around. They commit violent crimes at FIVE TIMES the rate of the general population (official FBI stats). And if you are not aware of this, you are likely to put yourself in risky situations, just as this girl did. I have personally been ambushed and robbed TWICE by armed "teens". I am lucky to be alive.

22. In California the AG has stated it's the policy of the State to not try anyone under 15 as an adult no matter how heinous the crime. At least in NY one can pursue justice.
