I laughed when Maria said that when she first began her career in this industry, her male co-workers treated her like she wasn't 'smart enough' to do the job. Not smart enough to do manual labor and operate a crane??? SERIOUSLY??? Only ignorant, dumb, truly uneducated people have that mentality.
Those crane operators only work 4 hours and get paid the full day.
