It happened. it must have been hellish beyond imagination. The attacker has mental issues and medical records to prove it. He's insane. Yet his degraded mental condition is not considered in defining his actions. If he were not insane it would indeed be a terrorist act. Dylan Roof was not considered a terrorist and was even driven to a fast food place by cops for a hamburger. This attacker is defined as a terrorist and by the look in his eyes, I question if he is even aware of what he has done. How someone is defined as a terrorist is NOT by their actions but instead, who were the victims.
Between this and the church shooting here in Texas, it just reminds me people are not safe anywhere…..
