For those unfortunate people who say that cops and donuts are bad stereotypes. Accept reality, the police in my county in texas get free donuts and coffee at most local shops. The only thing bad about the stereotype is the uncomfortable stares people give them while they eat. Why are they uncomfortable? Mainly because people associate cops always being close to a crime scene so it's subliminally raising area stress levels. If you see a bunch of cop cars in one spot it feels like something bad happened when in reality they are just on break. The radios spontaneously reporting a local crime doesn't help the situation either.
